It was truly memorable stay, I appreciated excellent food.

The hotel was fairly clean, the staff were very polite. My room was extremely spacious with central heating, a safe box and multi-channel television. Perfect service, although a few employees were disappointing. The location couldn't be more marvellous and gorgeous on a mountain. Café Cafe' Andy located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

And right by the restaurant, the slope and Santa Cristina, Selva or Ortisei.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was simply breathtaking, right at the foot of the Dolomites summit with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made sure that I felt right at home during my time there. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and I was lucky enough to have a room with a mountain view, which made waking up in the morning even more magical. But the highlight for me was definitely the breakfast - it was absolutely amazing! The variety and quality of the food was outstanding, and it set me up for a full day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. I also appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the well-maintained facilities to the friendly service from the staff. this hotel provided exceptional value for money and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel offers luxurious amenities including a warm water swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, and Turkish bath. We were lucky to have the facilities mostly to ourselves as it was not peak season. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of savory options to choose from. The WiFi worked perfectly, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. We would definitely return to this hotel, especially if we can secure the great rate we had during our visit.

The access road leading to the hotel from the village can be a bit challenging to drive, particularly during icy weather conditions. Additionally, during our stay, the restaurant on-site was closed, so we had to venture down to the main road to find dining options.

the staff, especially Maria, were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. They also provided excellent recommendations for hiking trails in the area. Secondly, the food at both breakfast and dinner was absolutely amazing. I was excited for meal times each day as the selection was vast and delicious. Lastly, the location of the hotel is perfect for hiking enthusiasts like myself. I could easily start my hikes right from the hotel without needing to drive anywhere. This gave me a true "ski in-out feeling" and made my stay even more enjoyable.

The Christmas lights and decor were beautiful, and the complementary hot chocolate and cookies by the fireplace were a nice touch. The hotel's location on the mountain gave us breathtaking views and easy access to the ski slopes. The complementary sauna was very relaxing.

The noise from other guests' children kept us awake at night. The gym was very small and in need of some maintenance.

The breakfast and dinner options were delicious, although some guests mentioned that they would have liked more variety and fresher ingredients. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing location, friendly staff, and excellent amenities.
